I need tips on how to make a mens dress shirt slimmer?

Hey, I have this mens dress shirt (western style) that I want to make a bit shorter and thinner to fit me better. Just wondering if anyone can provide a link or give me some tips on how to do it? Also, do tailors do this work? And if so, is it expensive?

If you don’t sew, a dry cleaner often has a tailor on the premises. Also, often very reliable is a bridal store can have a seamstress used to working with expensive fabric alterations of garments- you can ask for a quote to decide if it is worth it. It could be 20 or 25 dollars depending upon how involved the seams are. It is important to have someone talented and knowledgeable to avoid damaging your shirt.
